Sweet Lucy’s is proud to offer a private catering room for your next event! A combination of rustic & industrial, the catering room is perfect for corporate events, retirement dinners, bridal & baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, etc. Enjoy the same great food as in our restaurant, and allow our friendly and professional staff to take care of you and your guests from beginning to end.

Our catering room comfortably holds up to 75 guests (minimum 25 adults).

4-hour event time includes overhead music, non-alcoholic drinks (sodas, water, iced tea and sweet tea), event staff who will set up and replenish the buffet, take care of you and your guests, and clean up.

A 10% admin fee is added to all food & beverage subtotals.

8% sales tax // 10% Philadelphia liquor tax

Rental fee – $299 (weekday), $399 (Friday night & weekend afternoons), and $425 (Saturday nights)

A Deposit is taken along with a signed contract to book the room.

Flexible Pickup and Delivery Options

Pick-Up: If you’re picking up your order, we’ll have it packaged, hot, and ready at your desired time.
Delivery: Too busy hosting? We’ve got you covered! We’ll deliver your food within a 30-minute window of your requested time. Our delivery area extends up to 1.5 hours from the restaurant. 15 adult minimum.
Setup: Our courteous staff is available to set up your food so you can focus on your guests (additional charges apply).

During popular catering months (May, June, September & December) and busy holiday weekends, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Due to high demand, we sometimes must stop taking catering orders for specific dates.

Our full-service catering can be customized for any event—bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, weddings, engagement parties, birthday parties, open house parties, retirement parties, reunions, graduation parties, fundraising events, sports banquets, school functions, business meetings, team building, holiday parties, religious celebrations, tour group outings, and memorial luncheons. If you’re looking for a worry-free experience, our knowledgeable team will serve your guests with the same warmth and care we extend in our own dining room.

We can host your event in our In-House Catering Room or travel to the venue of your choosing—see below for a list of locations that have named us their Preferred Caterer. Just let us know your vision, and we’ll handle the rest, ensuring your guests leave raving about the food and service.
